Shipping and Cancellation Policy
If an item is indicated as in stock it will usually be shipped within 24 hours. If the order is placed after our normal business hours or on a holiday or weekend, shipment will occur the next business day. All in stock items are subject to prior sales. If an item purchased is temporarily back ordered or out of stock you will be notified of the delivery date before Pinnacle Micro proceeds with processing the order. Pinnacle Micro reserves the right to drop ship your order from the factory. Some areas may incur additional shipping costs. You will be informed of a drop shipment, or additional costs before we process your order. You may cancel before we process your order.
Before It Ships - Pinnacle Micro understands that circumstances change. You may cancel your order BEFORE IT SHIPS. We usually ship the same day we receive your order. You will be responsible for all credit card fees we incur and they will be deducted from your refund.
After It Ships - You will be responsible for the original shipping fee, the return shipping fee, and credit card fees we incur. All these charges will be deducted from your refund. All refunds will be issued less the actual shipping charges (sometimes included in the items selling price). Allow up to 10 days for a credit card refund. In addition, some returns may be assessed up to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping Damage Policy - Damages are rare but can happen. YOU MUST INSPECT THE SHIPMENT BEFORE SIGNING THE BILL OF LADING! Any damage MUST be noted on the Bill of Lading. If you sign for freight as received in good condition, and it has damage, Pinnacle Micro WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP YOU!
FAILURE TO REPORT DAMAGE ON THE BILL OF LADING WILL REQUIRE YOU TO ATTEMPT TO COLLECT FROM THE FREIGHT CARRIER AT YOUR TIME AND EXPENSE.
